Frequently Asked Questions

Why is your course so affordable?

We’ve been where you have been. We wanted to make an intensive, comprehensive, evidence-based Pilates course accessible to everyone. We are not here to gatekeep Pilates & exercise.

What about dietary requirements?

We lunch at Ginger Fox Cafe in Beaumaris. They cater to all dietary requirements. Just choose anything you want off the menu. Simple.

Can I call myself a Clinical Pilates Instructor after attending your course?

Yes. Upon completion of our course you will receive a certificate & can call yourself a Clinical Pilates Instructor.

In fact, you can call yourself a Clinical Pilates Instructor with absolutely no training or qualifications. This is due to the fact that there is no regulating association or body for Clinical Pilates in Australia.

But are those clients getting the best results & care? Are those practitioners acting outside their scope of practice if they have not be adequately trained in using Pilates equipment?

We believe that Allied Health Clinicians (Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses. Myotherapists & Occupational Therapists) who have a degree & are trained in clinical conditions, anatomy, physiology & the effect of exercise on the body should be exclusively allowed to use that title.

Here at Clinical Pilates Ready we are bridging that gap - providing an affordable & intensive Clinical Pilates Instructor Course designed for qualified Allied Health Practitioners.

What is your referrer bonus?

If you complete a CPR course & refer a friend who signs up - we will transfer you $100 (or if you are on a payment plan take $100 off your final payment). Want to sign up together and save $50 ea? Email us clinicalpilatesready@gmail.com for further information.

Am I covered under insurance to teach group exercise classes?

We always recommend that you check with your Personal or Business Indemnity Insurance that you are covered to instruct group exercise / pilates classes.
